A sales executive with a technical background and DoD security clearance, he has helped companies secure capital, acquire and spinoff businesses, sell, and go public. James earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. of Mechanical Science and Engineering with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Thomas has led product development, engineering, and innovation initiatives at multi-billion dollar companies, including Fortune Brands, Briggs & Stratton, and Mercury Marine. He has also consulted to F500 corporations in the life science and pharmaceutical industry. Thomas graduated with an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Dale Dvorak

Dale has spent over 20 years with Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, and Shiseido America in executive operating roles. Before joining private industry, Dale served as an Artillery Special Weapons and Emergency Action Officer with a NATO unit in Europe. Dale graduated with an M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.S. in Engineering Management from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
David Martin

David is currently a Partner at Killearn Capital, a yield-oriented asset management firm focused on specialty finance sectors. Prior to Killearn, David held Managing Director roles at Morgan Stanley and Barclays where he focused on M&A transactions in the high-tech sector. David graduated with an M.B.A. from the University Of Chicago Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Religious Studies from Yale University, and a B.A. in History from Washington and Lee University.
